DAX privacy and memory
903 AI Solutions, LLC · Prepared October 24, 2026
Prepared for review before paid launch. This notice describes the consumer DAX billing and memory implementation.
Information used to provide DAX
903ID authenticates your account. DAX processes messages, supplied conversation context, supported uploads, saved context and authorized preferences to answer your requests. OpenAI processes supported AI requests; enabled voice and calling services may also process audio, phone numbers, call plans and transcripts through their disclosed providers. Do not supply passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary private information.
Payments and usage
Stripe hosts checkout and payment-method management. DAX stores Stripe customer, subscription and invoice identifiers, verified billing states and audit history. We do not store raw card numbers or payment credentials. We record provider-reported usage, model identifiers, execution references and cost quantities to enforce allowances, prevent duplicate billing records and investigate failures. Unknown provider outcomes may temporarily hold reserved capacity until reconciled.
One memory across DAX models
Your saved context and authorized memory belong to your 903ID and permitted tenant scope, independently of your subscription or selected model. Upgrading, downgrading, canceling or exhausting an allowance does not delete or duplicate your memory. Current authorized settings take precedence over historical notes. Tenant procedures and private user preferences are retrieved only for their authorized scope. Retrieved notes are reference data and cannot grant permissions.
Review and edit your shared context in Account. The memory review control displays your explicit preference proposals and their approval state. A saved proposal is not necessarily active in production. Verified DAX University knowledge follows its separate release and verification process. Your full conversation history is not automatically converted into permanent behavioral rules.
Controls, retention and requests
You may correct saved context and inspect applicable preferences in DAX. Conversation display may be local to your current browser/session; only explicitly persisted records are available across sessions. Operational billing, usage, security and audit records may be retained to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Contact privacy@903aisolutions.com to request access, correction, deletion or information about applicable privacy rights. We will verify your authority before acting and explain any legally required retention.
We use service providers to operate authentication, AI processing, storage and billing. DAX does not claim a privacy, healthcare or regulatory certification. Appropriate agreements and additional safeguards are necessary before regulated business use. For privacy concerns contact privacy@903aisolutions.com; for service terms see DAX terms.
