DAX subscription and service terms

Your plan and recurring billing
DAX Free costs $0 and requires no payment method. DAX+ costs $19.99 USD per month. DAX++ costs $59.99 USD per month. Paid subscriptions automatically renew monthly until canceled. Applicable taxes and the recurring total are displayed in Stripe before you confirm purchase. You authorize the disclosed recurring payment when you subscribe. There is no free trial or automatic paid conversion unless separately and clearly offered.
Cancellation and plan changes
Cancel at any time in DAX Account → Billing → Cancel subscription, or through Manage billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your paid period. You retain paid access through that date, then transition to DAX Free. Your authorized personal memory is preserved. Contact billing@903aisolutions.com if account access prevents cancellation.
Paid upgrades show the immediate prorated charge in Stripe before confirmation. Expanded access begins only after verified billing payment. Downgrades apply at the next renewal; Stripe shows their effective date. Reactivation resumes the disclosed recurring billing after confirmation. A failed upgrade does not unlock the higher plan.
Usage and availability
Monthly request, token and execution limits are displayed in your account. These caps apply together, and service-cost safeguards may pause additional work before a nominal request limit is reached. Paid periods follow the subscription’s effective billing period; Free uses calendar months in UTC. Unused allowance expires without cash value. There are no automatic overage charges. Premium exhaustion offers an eligible lower model at a safe request or session boundary. Active telephone calls do not switch voice engines.
Voice, research, agentic execution and outbound calling are subject to individual availability and verification gates. A plan listing does not grant access to unverified capabilities. We do not advertise unlimited use or guaranteed autonomous completion. Business CRM integrations and tenant workflows may require separate agreements.
Failed payments
Stripe may retry failed payments using its configured recovery process. Update your payment method in Manage billing. Access is limited to a verified paid period and any configured, bounded grace period, which is shown in your account when applicable. The default grace period is zero days. Unpaid accounts return to eligible Free access; memory is preserved. We do not provide indefinite paid access after unsuccessful payment.
Refund requests
Contact billing@903aisolutions.com with the account email, invoice reference and reason for your request. We review billing errors, duplicate charges, service problems and applicable legal rights individually. Refunds are not promised automatically, and this policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law. Cancellation alone schedules the end of renewal and does not itself issue a refund.
AI service and authorized actions
DAX is an AI service and can make mistakes. Review important outputs and independently verify consequential financial, medical, legal or other decisions. DAX does not replace a qualified professional or emergency service. Model selection affects reasoning and execution budgets; external memory does not update underlying model weights. Academic improvements are used only when verified and released for the applicable runtime.
Use only accounts, contacts, data and connected services you are authorized to access. Outbound calls require review and approval of their recipient and purpose. Do not use DAX for fraud, harassment, spam, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, harmful activity or attempts to bypass usage or authorization controls. Tool access never supplies authority for purchases, reservations, account changes or messages without the required authorization. You are responsible for supplied instructions and your lawful use of the service.
Privacy, changes and support
See the DAX Privacy Notice for provider processing, memory and account controls. We will disclose material price or allowance changes before they apply to a future renewal, subject to applicable law.
