Modular business systems
This is the same modular pricing shown in the 903 Pricing & Service Package Guide. Base packages are implementation prices; monthly management and add-ons stack only when selected.

What the price covers
Implementation, configuration, monitoring, updates, and human support are built into the relationship. Phone minutes, text messages, AI queries, premium software, storage, and other third-party costs are included up to a written allowance or billed separately.

Managed by a real person
Tristan stays involved after launch to monitor, maintain, and improve the system as your business changes.
Ask how support worksMeasured results, not hype
Research does not prove that adding AI automatically makes a business successful. It does show that matching the right AI to the right workflow—with people still reviewing the work—can materially improve speed, output, and quality.
A real-world study of roughly 5,000 customer-support agents found AI assistance increased resolved issues per hour by nearly 14%—with the largest gains among newer and lower-skilled workers.
NBER · Generative AI at Work ↗In an experiment with 758 consultants, people using GPT-4 on suitable tasks worked more than 25% faster, produced work rated more than 40% higher, and completed over 12% more tasks.
Harvard Business School · BCG study ↗Among 203 AI-using firms in the Dallas Fed’s May 2026 Texas business panel, 71.4% said AI raised productivity for employees using it. This is a survey result—not a controlled performance experiment.
Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas · May 2026 ↗The Census Bureau’s nationally representative Business Trends and Outlook Survey found 17% to 20% of U.S. businesses used AI in a business function from December 2025 through May 2026.
U.S. Census Bureau · BTOS ↗No reliable East Texas-specific business AI adoption survey was found as of August 6, 2026. This range is inferred from the Census Bureau’s 17–20% national rate, its below-20% rate among the smallest firms, its roughly 14% retail rate, and East Texas’s small-business-heavy economy. A Dallas Fed panel found broader AI use among surveyed Texas manufacturing and service executives, but that panel is not representative of every East Texas business.
Why it matters: even the upper end of this estimate suggests most East Texas businesses have not yet integrated AI into their day-to-day operations. Early adoption can create an advantage when it is tied to a useful workflow—not simply added for show.
Results vary by task, team, data quality, training, and implementation. The cited experiments measure specific workflows and employee performance—not guaranteed revenue, profit, survival, or customer growth. The Harvard study also found that AI could reduce performance when used outside the kinds of tasks it handled well.
The part that matters most
Let the repetitive follow-up, routine scheduling, status updates, data entry, and after-hours questions run in the background. Keep your time for customers who need judgment, employees who need leadership, the work you are proud of—and the people waiting for you outside the business.
Show me what I can take off my plateTraditional provider context
This comparison covers outside providers and project teams, not employee salaries or replacing internal jobs.
903 AI Solutions focuses on repetitive, after-hours, and system-driven work so employees have better tools and more time for judgment, empathy, expertise, and customer relationships. Services and scopes are not identical, so benchmarks are context rather than guaranteed savings.
