Every plan starts with a confirmed scope, usage limits and written pricing. Every business tier includes the same standard programs and features. Exact model availability, usage allowances and any overage rates are confirmed in writing before activation. Max has the highest standard AI limits, not unlimited usage. Business-size examples are guidance, not employee limits; choose by your actual AI workload and model needs. Business plans have a one-time implementation fee plus a monthly subscription. Implementation pays for the agreed rollout; your subscription covers ongoing maintenance, support and the plan’s AI allowance.

    Choose the full standard business suite or an independent NightSky product. For business plans, programs, standard features and supported integrations are included at every tier. Your implementation fee reflects the level of setup assistance. Extra custom work is scoped and quoted separately.

  2. Choose your commitment

    3, 6, 12 or 24 months, billed monthly. Shorter agreements have higher monthly rates. The implementation fee for your plan is the same at every contract length. Flexible implementation schedules are available: 2 payments for Start or Boost, and 3 payments for Pro or Max. I’ll work with you to meet your needs; amounts, timing and deliverables are agreed before work begins.

    Business tiers differ by AI model access and usage capacity. Exact allowances and any additional AI, voice, messaging or other provider charges are agreed before activation.

Standalone NightSky X is the barebones product: no AI or DAX, no integrations and no custom development. It is separate from the full business suite and its managed implementation, connected workflows and AI allowance.

NightSky Web standalone plans can use optional AI, billed separately at the rates you accept before enabling it. They do not include integrations or custom development.

What’s the difference between Start and a standalone plan?

Business Start includes the full standard 903 suite and supported integrations, with the lowest AI usage limits and lower-tier models. Standalone NightSky X is the barebones independent product with no AI or DAX, integrations or custom development. Standalone NightSky Web is a standard website, with optional AI billed separately.

Does standalone NightSky X include AI or DAX?

No. It provides standard customer records and business tools without AI, DAX, integrations or custom development. Moving between standalone NightSky X plans changes capacity, not AI access. For the full connected suite, managed implementation and an AI allowance, choose a business plan.

When should I move from Boost to Pro or Max?

The standard programs and features stay the same. Start has full DAX features with limited usage and lower-tier models. Boost is our ChatGPT Plus-like level. Pro is comparable in positioning to ChatGPT Pro 5×, and Max to ChatGPT Pro 20×, with our highest standard usage limits and frontier/pro models. These are plan-level comparisons, not identical quotas or bundled ChatGPT subscriptions. Exact allowances and model availability are confirmed before activation.

Can I connect NightSky X to NightSky Web on standalone plans?

Standalone plans do not include connections, integrations or custom development. For a connected setup, talk with us about a business plan and its agreed scope.

Why do shorter contracts cost more each month?

Longer agreements provide a more predictable service commitment, so they have a lower monthly rate. Implementation is a separate one-time charge and does not change with contract length. The 24-month option has the lowest monthly rate.

Is there a separate implementation fee?

Yes, for business plans: Start $500, Boost $750, Pro $1,000 and Max $1,500. All tiers retain the full standard suite. Setup assistance ranges from standard templates and guided onboarding to more migration, training and rollout help. Flexible payments are available: Start $500 over 2 payments, Boost $750 over 2, Pro $1,000 over 3, and Max $1,500 over 3. I’ll work with you to find a schedule that meets your needs. Deliverables, amounts and timing are confirmed before work begins. Extra custom work is quoted separately. Standard standalone product activation is included.

Can I spread out implementation payments?

Yes. The $500 Start implementation can be spread over 2 payments, $750 Boost over 2 payments, $1,000 Pro over 3 payments, and $1,500 Max over 3 payments. I’ll work with you to meet your needs. We agree on each payment amount and due date before work begins. Splitting implementation payments does not change the implementation total or your separate monthly subscription.

Can I cancel or change plans early?

The displayed total is the base commitment for the selected contract, not a month-to-month cancellation offer. Early termination, renewals and plan changes are defined in your written agreement before you sign.

Can I pay once and manage the system myself?

Yes. Choose a one-time build with the deliverables and handover agreed up front. There is no ongoing 903 subscription. You manage the system and pay your hosting and provider costs directly. Ongoing 903 maintenance, support and upgrades are not included after the agreed handover period.

Does changing plans automatically change my bill?

Choosing a plan here starts a conversation. We confirm the term, implementation scope and fee, and any change in recurring charges before activating or changing service.

Does my plan include SEO, domains or third-party fees?

Domain registration, paid external services and optional usage are confirmed separately. SEO and marketing management are separate from these product and business plans.
